Fitness tip of the day:: if you work out when you're irritated, you'll push harder...๐Ÿ˜‚๐Ÿ˜‚ Morning plank = tired, sleepy & feeling weak Afternoon plank = tired & irritated for the win!!!! ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜‰ I like to channel frustrated feelings in a positive way & use them to my advantage, haha!!
