Downtown Running

If you're thinking of running in downtown Jax. today, be forewarned:: aaallllll the crazies are out!!!! Drivers & pedestrians!!! Between them, getting stopped at every stinking block possible, & construction & detours..... I can't remember the last time I've gotten that aggravated while on a run, but....#LordHaveMercy

Make-up location plank challenge because I forgot to do it yesterday.... Short because 1.) Metal slatted benches hurt!!!! 2.) I was in run mode, short on time.....and had no patience left 😉. Got a cool pic of that blue sky, tho....👍

Marine Corps Half Marathon

I don't usually do Sunday runs but this one was free for me....so how could I say no ?!?!? Headed to the Marine Corps half!!!
